Coach Dan is an AI guide. If you choose to talk or type with him, your messages and microphone audio are processed by ElevenLabs and its AI model providers to deliver the conversation. Do not send sensitive personal or account information. You can decline browser microphone permission and use End call to stop an active voice session.
This policy covers information handled through Iconic Sports websites and services. Other Iconic brands and third-party checkout or payment services may have their own privacy policies. If you follow a link to another site, review that site's policy before sharing information there.
You may provide your name, email address, account details, messages, team or partner information, athlete details, photos, creative instructions, and order information. We also receive technical information such as device and browser details, IP address, pages visited, and information needed to keep sessions and referral links working. Checkout and fulfillment partners may provide us with order, payment status, shipping, and delivery information; full payment card details are handled by the payment provider rather than entered into Iconic Sports account forms.
We use submitted photos, names, sport and team details, and creative choices to create previews and finished artwork, save work you choose to keep, fulfill purchases, and provide support. Creating an AI-assisted preview may require sending the photo and related instructions to a generation provider. Authorized team members and production or fulfillment partners may access the material when needed to provide the service. Do not upload photos or personal details unless you have the authority to provide them.
We use information to run accounts; create and improve portraits and previews; process orders and payments; deliver products; manage teams, referrals, and partner programs; answer requests; prevent fraud and misuse; maintain security; and meet legal obligations. We may send service messages about an account, order, or request. Marketing messages, where offered, can be stopped using the unsubscribe method in the message or by contacting us.
We use cookies and local browser storage for sign-in, cart continuity, saved guest artwork access, security, and referral attribution. Guest artwork saved in a browser can be opened by others using that browser until its site data is cleared. Your browser can usually block or clear these technologies, although some site features may then stop working. If we introduce optional analytics or advertising technologies, we will update this policy and provide controls when required.
We share information with service providers that help us host and secure the site, store files, generate artwork, send messages, process checkout and payment, print or ship orders, and provide support. We may also share information with team or referral partners when needed to attribute a qualifying order or administer a program, with professional advisers or authorities when legally required, and as part of a legitimate business transfer. We do not grant a team or partner unrestricted access to an athlete's private photos merely because an order supports that team.
Some team, ambassador, or profile features may display information that a participant submits for publication. Review what you choose to publish. We will not treat an uploaded athlete portrait as permission to use it in public advertising; separate permission is required for that use.
Iconic Sports is intended to be used by adults who have authority to submit an athlete's information. Children under 13 should not create accounts or submit information directly. Parents and guardians can contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of a child's information they provided. If we learn that a child submitted information directly without the required authorization, we will take appropriate steps to remove it.
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain an account or order record, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and satisfy legal or accounting duties. Retention depends on the type of information and reason it was collected. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information associated with you or your child, subject to identity checks and legal exceptions. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to obtain a copy, object to certain uses, or appeal a decision.
