Effective September 26, 2026. These terms govern your use of Iconic Sports websites, accounts, personalized artwork tools, orders, and related programs. Please read them before using the service.
You must be an adult with legal authority to use the service and to submit any athlete's information. Keep account details accurate and sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity through your account unless caused by our failure to use reasonable security. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
You may submit only photos, names, logos, text, and other material that you own or have permission to use, including permission from a parent or guardian when needed. Do not submit unlawful, harmful, infringing, or deceptive material. You remain responsible for obtaining permissions from the people shown and for checking names, numbers, teams, and other details before ordering.
You retain your rights in material you submit. You give Iconic Sports and the providers helping us deliver the service a limited permission to store, process, adapt, and use that material to generate previews, create and fulfill your selected products, provide support, maintain records, and protect the service. This permission lasts only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes or as required by law. We will seek separate permission before using a private athlete portrait in public advertising.
Previews are generated from the material you provide and may vary from the final printed product because of screen settings, crop, print materials, and production processes. AI-assisted results can contain unexpected details. Review the preview, spelling, image, size, finish, and shipping information before purchase. A free preview does not obligate you to order.
Once an order is paid and fulfilled, you may display and share the finished artwork for personal, noncommercial purposes, subject to rights in any photos, logos, or other material included in it. Buying a product does not transfer ownership of our site, templates, brand elements, or underlying software. Commercial reproduction or resale of a design requires our written permission. Similar creative results may be produced for other customers.
Product availability, options, prices, taxes, shipping charges, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout and may change before you place an order. Submitting an order is an offer to buy; an order is accepted when checkout and order confirmation are completed. Payment is processed by the checkout provider under its terms. We may cancel and refund an order if we cannot fulfill it, if payment fails, or if the submitted material violates these terms.
Personalized products may enter production soon after an order is placed, so changes or cancellations may not be possible. Review the Returns and Shipping pages and any terms shown at checkout for the rules that apply to your order. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the confirmed order, contact support promptly with the order number and clear photos. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
Team fundraising, ambassador, and influencer participation may require separate enrollment and program terms. A team's or partner's eligibility, attribution, and payout are governed by the applicable program rules and verified sales records; a link or referral code alone does not guarantee a payment. Do not promise donations, commissions, discounts, or delivery terms on our behalf unless we have authorized them.
Do not misuse accounts, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, upload malicious code, scrape or copy the service at scale, impersonate someone, or use the tools to create unlawful or rights-infringing content. We may remove content, suspend access, or decline an order when reasonably necessary to protect people, rights, or the service, subject to applicable law.
Iconic Sports names, site content, designs, software, and other materials remain owned by us or our licensors. You may use the site for its intended personal or authorized organizational purposes. Links to other brands, payment services, and external websites lead to services with their own terms and policies; we are not responsible for their independent content or practices.
We work to keep the service accurate and available but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every preview will be suitable for every purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Any limitation of liability applies only where the law allows it and does not affect statutory consumer rights or liability that cannot be excluded.
We may update these terms as the service changes. Updated terms apply from the effective date posted here; changes that materially affect existing orders will not retroactively replace the terms accepted for those orders unless required by law. If a problem arises, contact us first so we can try to resolve it. Applicable consumer protection rights remain in force regardless of where a customer lives.
