FAQ
Your Questions Answered
How is the 35% calculated?
The team share is 35% of eligible product sales credited through its fundraiser links, after product discounts and adjustments. Shipping and sales tax do not count. Refunds, cancellations, and chargebacks reduce credited earnings.
Is there an upfront cost?
There is no upfront cost to apply or buy inventory for your fundraiser.
Which sales count?
Iconic Sports poster purchases made through a team or player fundraiser link are intended to count when the sale is credited. Purchases across other Iconic brands are not yet verified for this fundraiser.
When and how are teams paid?
Eligible sales are tracked for the team. Payouts are not connected yet; Iconic will confirm recipient setup and payment timing before disbursement.
How do parent and player pages work?
The team has a shared storefront. Participating parents set up and share their athlete’s page.
Who handles orders?
Iconic handles checkout, production, shipping, and customer support.
How are players’ names and photos protected?
Parents control their child’s participation, photos, and consent. The team page does not automatically publish children’s names or photos.
